Please enter by the fuel tanks at Highway 20A and Air Cargo Pkwy, Swanton OH, 43588

Note: We are using the alternative entrance to the site.  Set your GPS to Highway 20 A & Air Cargo Parkway.

This is a limited entry Test-n-Tune event at Toledo Express Airport

Recommended Pre-registration

Site opens at 7:30am

Registration and Tech are open from 8:00am to 9:00am

MANDATORY Driver’s Meeting begins at 9:30am

First Car off after Drivers Meeting

EVERYONE ENTERING THE EVENT SITE MUST SIGN A RELEASE AND WAIVER FORM

ALL VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH BY THE PORT AUTHORITY POLICE AND/OR THE AIR NATIONAL GUARD MPs

***SPECIAL NOTES FOR 2026***

1. EVENT IS PRE-REGISTER/PRE-PAY ONLY, NO WALK-UPS WILL BE ALLOWED
2. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON-SITE
   • If you choose to not pay online, you must send make arrangements with Doug Stoots, NWOR-SCCA, Treasurer.
3. LOANER HELMETS WILL BE AVAILABLE!
4. Waivers:
   • A table will be set-up with the SCCA waiver and any other site required waiver, if applicable.
5. Tech:
   • Please have your numbers and class on the vehicle.
   • Make sure your vehicle is in competition configuration (empty loose items, correct wheels and tires, etc.)
   • Pop your hood and trunk.
   • If there are no class, number, etc., changes, you will be checked off the registration list by a check-in person before you leave the Tech area.

***Special Notes for Test-N-Tune***

1). Junior Kart classes are not currently available at any NWOR Event.

2). Everyone will be required to sign-up to work a shift

3). Driver's meeting is manditory, this is where we will have everyone signup for a work assignment.

4).  Event is open to NWOR members only at this moment

5).  Event is capped at 32 entries only at this moment

Event Notes:

Bring sunscreen and rain gear. If you bring only sunscreen, it will rain and you will be soaked. If you bring only rain gear, it will be sunny and you will burn.

Pets are allowed, but must be leashed.

No alcohol or drugs permitted.
